Terms Of Service
1. General. By submitting advertising for inclusion on AdulTraffic.net, advertiser/agency agrees to be bound by the terms of this contract. No conditions other than those set forth herein shall be binding on AdulTraffic.net. This contract supersedes any previous agreements between AdulTraffic.net and advertiser/agency relating to the subject matter set forth herein. AdulTraffic.net only obligation to serve advertisements hereunder shall be to serve advertisements of the advertiser described herein, and in no event shall AdulTraffic.net be obligated to serve advertisements for any other advertiser.
2. Changes and Cancellations. Cancellations and changes can be made via the advertiser login. AdulTraffic.net advertising specifications are accessible through the advertiser login. AdulTraffic.net reserves the right to change any of its advertising specifications at any time.
3. Delivery, Frequency and Makegood. All figures relating to the number of advertisements served as determined by AdulTraffic.net shall govern, regardless of whether advertiser/agency is using the services of a third party ad server.

Rejections. AdulTraffic.net reserves the right, without
liability, to reject or terminate any advertisement for failure
under this term of service.
Violations of these terms can result in immediate termination
of your account, loss of all credits ,and referrals credits.
Your site(s) doesn't include Pop-Ups, Frame Breakers, Page Rotator, Illegal stuff (eg.Hardcore, illegal or obscene pictures), Malicious script or/and contents or anything else beraking the surfing session.
You are allowed to get 1 account with Unlimited URL's.
We reserve the right to change or remove links or/and accounts
when your page is in violation of our terms.
We periodicaly make a random scan on email address. Valid email Only.
New Accounts must be activates soon as possible, we remove dormant account after 7 days.
We reward your account with 250 credits for reporting member page abusing our terms. Your report must be valid and approved by us. (identity stay confidential)
5. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AdulTraffic.net BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATON, FOR LOST INCOME OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT.
6. Prize and Contest. Partners or/and Affiliates with who we trade credits or banners are not eligible to participate in our contests.
7. Contents on free host. We require our banner or a link back to our site (with your user ID#) from all url/site hosted with a free host provider (eg. yahoo, geocity, etc).
